Refunds and Returns

Under New Zealand Consumer Law, as a consumer, you are entitled to certain guarantees when purchasing goods and services from us.

If you believe that an item is faulty or defective, we may need to send your goods to the manufacturer for assessment within a reasonable period of time.

We are committed to providing you with options for exchange, refund, or credit for products you’ve purchased, with the following conditions:

  1. The products being returned must be in sealed, unused, and re-sellable condition.
  2. You must provide proof of purchase along with the returned product.
  3. Your request for return or exchange should be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or collection.

Our staff will carefully inspect all returns to ensure they meet these conditions before approving a refund or exchange. It is expected that our customers inform us of any issues regarding their order before returning the product to us for consideration.

Returns that do not comply with the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund, at our discretion, for digital items such as live breaks or for purchased products that are damaged or missing items. If your refund is accepted or partially accepted, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe after receiving an acceptance email from us, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company before reaching out to us.

We value the option for our customers to return or cancel unwanted products. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers and to prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of this policy, we may refuse to accept change-of-mind returns if we identify an unreasonable or excessive return pattern. We may also restrict or refuse future transactions from individuals exhibiting such behavior.

In rare instances, you may receive an incorrect or additional item in your delivery. If this occurs, please contact us via email as soon as possible, providing the following information:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. Details of the issue encountered
  3. Photographic evidence of the products received

We will promptly assess the situation and work with you to resolve any such issues efficiently and to your satisfaction.
